Our aim is simple to say and demanding to do. We want Honywood to be unmissable, a school where every young person finds purpose, belonging, success, empowerment and adventure. Our learners leave with strong qualifications, and also with the confidence, character and experiences to live happy and successful lives.

We do this by building a school on four core values: trust, respect, equity and excellence. Alongside a broad, ambitious academic curriculum, we deliberately build five forms of capital in every learner: moral, social, cultural, knowledge and professional. We work hard to make sure every young person gets all of these, whatever their starting point.

We work in close partnership with families, and we are always looking at how we can improve. We are ambitious for our pupils, and we are honest about the work still to do.
